Shoppers Drug Mart, wanted to update their site by creating an experience that engaged users, drove site traffic, and supported their brand promise, "the resource that helps support the whole you”.
Following an extensive planning, UX design and creative process we delivered a digital experience that was a reflection of the brand Canadians love and trust. This project initiated the migration of all in-store products online, laid the foundation for e-commerce, established a responsive framework, solved the problem of how to handle external microsites, rebuilt their store locator and most importantly established digital roadmap for Shopppers Drug Mart.
