Interval house helps women in abusive relationships get back on their feet by offering emergency shelter and community services for them and their families. When a woman does decide to leave, it’s often quickly, and understandably, practical out of season essentials get left behind.
This campaign developed organically from an insight that Interval House gets a lot of donations, but not alot of the right donations. We turned to technology to help solve this problem and pitched the idea of creating an Amazon "Wish List". Available to charities, it would make donating and receiving the items the shelter really needed easy.
Recognizing a need to drive traffic to the page, we created social posts that communicated the realities of what home life is like for abused women, that would have a link through to the Wish List page. This spec work didn't go live, but it resonated with everyone who saw it.
